Places of Worship owned by the Friends

The Friends own 35 former churches and 3 redundant chapels in England and Wales. Click on the link below to find out more about each building.

In almost all cases the Friends are not responsible for the churchyards which surround our buildings. In England these are mostly the responsibility of the local authority and in Wales that of the Community Council.

The Friends also have an 'Access Plan and Philosophy' Statement which is available on request.

A small number of our churches will be under repair, and thus not open to visitors, at any one time.
