Historic
churches are still regularly threatened by demolition and conversion,
and the need for us to continue to take these unspoilt and beautiful
buildings into care is paramount. Help us to make a real difference
by donating, becoming a 'friend', or making a bequest to the Friends
of Friendless Churches.
Donations
Give online via the Charity
Choice website
(who currently offer a free service accepting donations on our

our office at St Ann's Vestry Hall, 2 Church Entry, London EC4V

Become
a 'Friend' of Friendless Churches
If you are interested in historic churches we urge you to join
us.
We
operate a joint membership scheme with our sister charity
the Ancient Monuments Society, so for just one subscription you
will receive three Newsletters and a volume of Transactions
each year, plus invitations to the Friends' Annual General Meeting,
which is usually held in one of their churches, and to the AMS
Autumn Lectures or Visits and AGM (always held in a building of
special architectural significance not normally open to the public).
If
you prefer to complete a form by hand and post it to us with a
cheque you can download
a membership form (in Adobe Acrobat 7.0 format) or
contact the office and we can post or email one out to you.
Legacies
As the Friends are a very lean organisation, with no paid staff
in England, your legacy can make a real difference to what we
can achieve. The threat to historic churches is undiminished but
with your help we can continue to them into care and preserve
them intact for future generations.

our Legacy Leaflet here.
Or,
if you would like to speak in confidence about making a bequest
to the Friends, please contact the Honorary Director on 020 7236
3934.
